Before joining GreenClark PLLC, Gaby served as a judicial law clerk for United States District Judge Karen Gren Scholer in the Northern District of Texas. In that distinguished role, Gaby monitored and managed the Court’s criminal docket, conducted legal research, and drafted opinions and orders in criminal and complex civil cases.
Gaby obtained her law degree from Cornell Law School, where she graduated in the top five percent of her class. She was a recipient of the Charles Evans Hughes/McGann O’Dwyer full-tuition merit scholarship, and she served as an associate editor of the Cornell Law Review. During law school Gaby obtained experience in diverse legal fields including: international human rights, international refugee assistance, video game law, and death penalty litigation. After graduation, Gaby served as a legal fellow for Justice 360 and the Cornell Center on the Death Penalty Worldwide representing capital, parole, and juvenile clients in South Carolina and Tanzania.
Prior to law school, Gaby spent two years working as an investment banking compliance analyst. In that role, she advised on the development of algorithmic trading strategies and investigated alleged violations of criminal activity and whistleblower complaints. Gaby received her Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and labor relations with minors in international relations and law and society from Cornell University. During that time, she was a Dean’s List honoree, a research assistant, and the president of Humor Us!, a sketch comedy troupe.
